Thanksgiving and Holly Berries

The sun was not out, but I took this photo of the cabin with Thanksgiving decorations today, just for the record. Also, below, is a close up of the Holly Berries!

Double-click on the Holly Berry photo to see all the red berries better... ;-)

It was a very good day! ;-)

Nice. Is this your home or a second home, as you said cabin?

It had been a "second home" from Sept 2000 until June 2009. Now it is our "home" in retirement. It is small... but easy to get from place to place. My wife and I each have an office on either side of the bedroom in the back. Kitchen and living room in the front. Loft in back half has two queen beds, for when family visits.
Comfy! ;-)

The right side of the drive is actually and RV pad... with full hookups. All 75 lots in the "55 and older" community have RV hookups. Our oldest daughter and her husband were full-time RVers from 1996 to 2008. Her company actually owns the place; we "look out for it" for them. ;-)

Thanks for the information. Your lucky daughter, with all the RVing she did. My husband and I were big on it, went all over US, but it was more camping and a few hotels. Absolutely loved it.
