Activities on the 4th of July

Here are a few of the things we did out here in Utah today:

Kaylee and Alex 'helped' Larry freeze the Homemade Ice Cream on the deck...

Alex and Kaylee helped Annette bake fresh bread in the breadmaker...

Just about dusk, some safe fireworks were lit out on the west drive...

A little later, Larry put some logs in the firepit in the east side of the house, beyond the deck. Marshmellows and Smores awaited the fire going down a bit. Note it was getting chilly on the mountain.

Here is a nice perspective a little later on - a good time was had by all!  ;-)
