Journey and Arrival - June Utah 2013 Trip
We crossed Kansas on I-70 this trip, first overnight in Hays. Then, west through Denver, and arrived in Silt at new Holiday Inn Express, having followed the Colorado River snow melt through the afternoon. Above looks back toward the mountains. Below looks downstream... I'm on ground level, here, on sidewalk back of the motel.
Our room on second floor had a nice balcony overlooking the river. Here Nancy is enjoying the view.
On arrival, at Annette and Larry's, had to get photo of bird feeders.
And, the changes in the Garden (lower) Level - added pool table, turned ping pong table:
The library is still neat, and full! ;-)
Great trip out, good first night's sleep, resting today. Very good. First outside activity on Friday afternoon.
Temperature warm in the valley, just great on the mountain! ;-)
